The videos sold are digital products, and under no circumstances is a refund possible. For this reason, it is advisable to review all information provided for each product before making a purchase.

In the case of unintentional double purchases, we reserve the right to propose another video as a replacement.

The sale of custom videos occurs exclusively through credit card or PayPal payment. The delivery times discussed during the negotiation phase are indicative; the production of a custom video may experience delays beyond our control.
In the event of the impossibility of producing the paid custom video, it will be possible to obtain a full refund or, if not feasible, a credit that can be used on the site or for another custom video.
